IngredientsBreathiZen Ingredients & The Real Evidence
BreathiZen names all five of its ingredients with individual descriptions — a real step up from a vague "proprietary blend." Here's what each one does, and the gap that ties them together.
The five, and their evidence
- Mullein Leaf Extract 10:1 — genuine traditional use as an expectorant, tied to loosening mucus.
- Ginger Root Extract — well-studied natural anti-inflammatory, tied to reduced airway swelling.
- Bromelain Powder — a pineapple enzyme traditionally used to help thin mucus.
- Organic Lemon Extract — antioxidants and vitamin C for general immune support.
- Organic Cordyceps militaris — centuries of traditional use tied to lung capacity and endurance.
The catch: no doses are published for any of the five. We also found ingredient sections on the official sales page that describe two unrelated products (a weight-loss formula and a nerve-pain product called "Nervion"), which we've excluded entirely from our reporting since they aren't part of BreathiZen's actual respiratory formula.
How to use this
- Treat it as a legitimately-chosen ingredient list — but unverifiable in strength.
- Take the list to your doctor if you have asthma, COPD or take blood pressure medication.
- Don't expect it to replace prescribed respiratory treatment.
